At least I can speak for myself. What I do know is that I almost didn’t make it out of my mother womb when I was born (maybe because of the time of conception my external environment was hostel). Either way I was a Blue Baby and I had a savior speech impediment, when I started to speak, that embarrassed me when ever I spoke. I critically modified my behavior is in grade one when I was told to read in front of the whole class and the result was that I was laughed at. Ever since that first experience I would break out in a deep sweat paranoid to re-live the original painful experience. I was tense and began leaving my body to simply survive. Hence… anxiety began to become me.
Over time this began to effect the chemical balance in my body and how my brain actually functioned. I did experience a loot of stress whether by choice or not, and bottom line… it Hurt. I was not wondering whether there is any Natural Anxiety Relief solutions or any Anxiety Natural Treatments since I just wasn’t aware of what was really going on
Over time I have developed Social Anxiety Symptoms which manifested themselves in speech impediment, shyness, and critically modify myself to become invisible to miss the line of fire of embarrassment… I denied my “True Nature”
None of the above was medically addressed… no prescription drugs but of social drugs became an option. My true spirit is to be social, not to isolate, but as my dice were rolled and making the decisions I made began my journey of changing Normal Anxiety to Abnormal Anxiety simply motivated by a need to survive. Shadow began to run the show.

I call Normal Anxiety a Mature Anxiety, and a Abnormal Anxiety a Immature Anxiety, and are naturally treatable

There are things that show up in our lives that are unexpected, catch us by surprise and can leave scares… sometimes for a long time.

Saying YES to what is in the exact moment is a form of honoring where you are… where you are not trying to hide, make it something else or deny what is. Instead, you acknowledge what is. Such LOVE is at a level that each can access by simply letting go into what actual is and come to terms with just that. It actually is really simple especially when you consciously know the alternative is chaos
This is why I have a daily practice called Vipassana Meditation. It is a practice from Buddha 2500 years ago, a practice to move beyond suffering. This is the most natural treatment I know of to ready myself for situations that would other wise be played out in anxiety.

Emotional blunting. You feel you have no more emotions whether positive or negative. You just feel “blah” about life. It can be distressing when you KNOW you care about somethings but you don’t FEEL anything about it now.
Emotions may also come and go for no reason. You know you feel something in your head, but can’t find it in your heart. You may also not care about anything anymore. in a sense, you have NO emotions about anything or things you used to.
