There are things that show up in our lives that are unexpected, catch us by surprise and can leave scares… sometimes for a long time.

This is where Anxiety can be nurtured in a Natural way with TLC… with LOVE where the experience becomes liberating instead of Anxious.

The idea of something happening in our lives that creates emotional pain like the passing of a family member or a dear close friend raises feelings which can form as panic, stress and anxiety, sometimes very uncontrolable

The LOVE which I am speaking of is the LOVE which has no words, which is an unexplainable experience and expression of compassion. One minute you can be in complete anguish and the next complete celebration of what is. I had such an experience at the side of my mother’s bed, and today I know why.

I seen this happen most commonly when one stops what they are doing, take a deep breath, and be truthful with self to what is really going on. Saying YES to what is in the exact moment is a form of honoring where you are… where you are not trying to hide, make it something else or deny what is. Instead, you acknowledge what is. This is where the miracle begins to occur followed by a sense of relief from stress, tension, panic.It is part of the true Natural Remedy for Anxiety.

Such LOVE  is at a level that each can access by simply letting go into what actual is and come to terms with just that. It actually is really simple especially when you consciously know the alternative is chaos

This is why I have a daily practice called Vipassana Meditation. It is a practice from Buddha 2500 years ago, a practice to move beyond suffering. This is the most natural treatment I know of to ready myself for situations that would other wise be played out in anxiety.

I prefer to have my faculties attended to so I can show up to what is really going on
